The Client company is built by a small group of highly experienced operators and engineers. We are a small senior only team with no layers politics or slow decisions. We have built founded and owned services used by hundreds of millions of people and generating billions in revenue. Our Client is the next step and mass distribution is readily available via our day one partners. Every person on the team ships product and shapes the direction of the company.

As a founding Data and Operations Engineer on our small senior only team you will be defining and working on the core systems and workflows that feed data across our internal architecture and beyond. Your architecture and processes will ultimately


Allow your fellow engineers to aggregate critical product data and platform telemetry into a unified analytics platform
Enable our FinOps team to ensure consistent reliable ledgers across a number of financial partners and accounts
Empower our Fraud AML Anti Money Laundering team to build high quality risk models and workflows by shipping clean understandable data models into our internal decisioning platform

What You Will Do


Use your expert knowledge in Terraform dbt and AWS products to ensure data and applications alike are built on a solid robust foundation
Define safe and secure Least Access patterns that allow man and machine alike to get the data they need when they need it preserving data lineage and ensuring data governance as part of the regulatory and compliance ecosystem we adhere to
Document and educate the rest of the engineering team in the care and feeding of high quality infrastructure systems that will support our global user base

Requirements

What You Bring


Extensive hands on experience building scalable data architectures in a consumer oriented FinTech environment using Terraform dbt and SQL
Expert level knowledge of data centric development patterns for writing and validating various flavors of code deployed across internal and hosted environments alike
Fluent technical communication especially written for AI and non SME consumption


Nice to Have


Data visualization and storytelling techniques
Deep expertise with full stack applications machine learning
Specific experience with global payments ledgering and other user facing FinTech applications

Earn USD $6,000 for every successful candidate placement.

Payment Schedule

Candidate completes 30 days of employment – USD $2,000 paid on the 35th day.

Candidate completes 60 days of employment – USD $2,000 paid on the 65th day.

Candidate completes 90 days of employment – USD $2,000 paid on the 95th day.

Total Potential Earnings: USD $6,000.

Payment Terms

Payments will be released only after Sadient receives the corresponding milestone payment from the client. The candidate must remain actively employed through each milestone (30, 60, and 90 days). If the candidate leaves before completing any milestone, payment for that milestone and all subsequent milestones will not be payable. No fee is payable if the candidate does not join the client.

Sourcing Partner Responsibilities

Submit only qualified, interested, and available candidates. Obtain a valid Right to Represent (RTR) before submission. Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, and interest.
