We're hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our patient support team. No prior medical experience needed — just a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people. Role: Customer Service Representative (Entry Level)

Department: Customer Support & Patient Services

Location: Fully Remote Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

  • Respond to patient and client inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Provide basic information on services, appointments, billing, and general support
  • Direct complex or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team or department
  • Document all interactions accurately in our CRM and support systems
  • Follow up with patients and clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution
  • Follow company scripts, guidelines, and communication standards
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Participate in paid training, onboarding, and ongoing coaching sessions
