We're looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Operations Technician to support daily vehicle operations for an innovative autonomous vehicle program.

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with automotive, fleet, logistics, technical operations, warehouse, or field service experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where safety, organization, and teamwork matter.

You'll play a key role in ensuring vehicles, equipment, and operational sites are fully prepared for daily testing and service operations.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare vehicles for daily operations
  • Clean and organize vehicles, equipment, and work areas
  • Charge electric vehicles and supporting equipment
  • Move vehicles and equipment between operational locations
  • Complete vehicle readiness inspections and documentation
  • Support inventory organization and spare parts management
  • Launch and verify software and hardware systems before vehicle deployment
  • Troubleshoot basic operational issues and escalate when necessary
  • Assist during vehicle recovery and incident response activities
  • Support technicians with light mechanical tasks including:
  • Fluid checks
  • Basic part replacements
  • Wiring inspections
  • Assist with testing operations, traffic control, documentation, and support vehicle driving
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Mechanical aptitude or technical experience is highly preferred
  • Automotive trade school or Associate Degree is a plus

Schedule
Multiple shifts available including:
  • Morning
  • Afternoon
