About the Role
This is a rare, high-ownership founding sales role at a Series A AI compliance SaaS company transforming how regulated brands handle marketing and packaging review. Their AI agents replace slow, manual approval workflows — turning week-long review cycles into hours, without adding headcount.
As one of only two founding sales hires, you'll report directly to the CEO and founding team. You'll own the full sales cycle and help write the go-to-market playbook from scratch. This is a zero-to-one opportunity for a sharp, relentless seller who wants to build something consequential.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise customers, with a focus on CPG brands and their marketing, legal, and compliance teams
Convert pilots into long-term contracts, working closely with product and customer success
Customize demos and conversations to reflect real customer workflows and measurable ROI
Test and iterate on outbound campaigns and messaging
Collaborate directly with founders to shape the sales playbook and overall go-to-market strategy
Represent the company at key customer meetings and targeted industry events
