About the Role

A fast-moving, early-stage AI recruitment tech company is hiring its first full-time Founding Frontend Engineer. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the product from the ground up at a startup connecting top talent with high-growth companies backed by leading venture capital firms. You'll work closely with the founding team to build and evolve a consumer-facing product used by thousands of job seekers and hundreds of growing startups.

What You'll Do

Own and drive the frontend architecture and user experience end-to-end.
Translate product and design concepts from Figma into polished, performant interfaces.
Collaborate directly with founders on product direction and priorities.
Leverage AI coding tools to move fast and maintain high quality.
Help establish frontend best practices, conventions, and processes as the team scales.

What We're Looking For

Required:

2+ years of frontend engineering experience at a B2C company.
Proficiency with Figma — comfortable working directly from design files.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor, or similar).
Strong product instincts and an eye for detail in user-facing experiences.
Comfortable operating autonomously in a small, high-ownership environment.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience as an early or founding engineer at a startup.
Background in consumer internet, marketplace, or SaaS products.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 per year
Early equity opportunity as a founding team member
