We are hiring a Founding Growth & Operations to help us execute everything it takes to build a generational company.

You will run events, launches, growth experiments, and customer onboarding — owning the execution end to end. We have extremely high ambitions. You should too.

This is an in-person role based in San Francisco.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Day 7: You're onboarded and owning your first project
Day 14: You've executed your first event or experiment, or onboarded your first customers
Day 30: You are running multiple workstreams at once without dropping the ball
Day 60: You own repeatable operations and growth playbooks that the whole team relies on

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

We have an extraordinarily high bar and expect relentless, consistent execution. You are expected to show up every day with urgency, ownership, and a positive attitude, and to deliver results consistently.

Own and execute events, dinners, and conferences end to end including logistics, guest lists, and follow-up
Run growth experiments across conferences, launches, and new channels, and double down on what works
Drive product and feature launches from planning through execution
Support customer onboarding and make every new customer's first experience exceptional
Build the operational systems and playbooks that let us scale what's working
Jump on whatever needs doing to keep the company moving fast

EXPERIENCE

0-2 years of work experience; startup, high-growth, or founder/builder background a strong plus
You are relentless, and will work 12+ hours per day, 6 days a week (yes, including weekends)
You thrive in an environment with an exceptionally high bar, where everyone is expected to go above and beyond
You own outcomes from start to finish and have a track record of never dropping the ball
You are exceptionally organized and disciplined
You move at an incredible pace and have insane urgency to deliver results
You respond to setbacks with resilience, resourcefulness, and a determination to find a way
(Bonus) Experience running events, launches, or customer-facing programs

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $75,000 – $85,000
