About the Role
A fast-growing immigration technology platform — blending legal expertise with modern AI-powered tooling — is hiring its first dedicated growth marketer. This is a high-ownership, full-stack role working in person with the founding team in San Francisco. You will own the entire growth engine across both a consumer audience (individuals navigating U.S. visas) and B2B partners (employers and law firms), setting the foundation for acquisition, activation, and retention in a high-intent, trust-driven category.
This is an ideal role for a growth generalist who thrives at the earliest stages, moves fast without a team around them, and wants to build something from scratch in a category that genuinely matters to people's lives.
What You'll Do
Own growth end to end: acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention across B2C and B2B funnels.
Build the content and SEO engine for a high-intent search category covering visa types, immigration questions, and case studies.
Run paid acquisition experiments across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn — and scale what works.
Shape brand, positioning, and storytelling for a trust-heavy category, including founder-led and customer-story content.
Build lifecycle marketing via email/CRM, referral loops, and partnership channels.
Set up analytics and attribution, measure the funnel, and run a rigorous experimentation cadence.
Work directly with the founders on go-to-market strategy and positioning.
What We're Looking For
Required:
2–7 years of growth or marketing experience, with meaningful time at early-stage startups.
Full-stack skill set spanning content, SEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to independently execute campaigns and experiments without dedicated design, engineering, or marketing team support.
Hands-on experience owning end-to-end growth across both B2C and B2B funnels.
Experience building content and SEO engines for high-intent search categories.
Experience running paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn and scaling successful campaigns.
Experience building lifecycle marketing programs: email/CRM sequences, referral loops, or partnership channels.
Experience setting up marketing analytics, attribution models, and funnel experimentation frameworks.
Experience developing brand positioning and go-to-market strategy for trust-heavy categories.
Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate — this is an in-person role.
Nice to Have:
Experience marketing regulated or trust-heavy services (legal, fintech, or health).
Personal connection to U.S. immigration or direct experience with immigrant communities.
Experience marketing B2B SaaS platforms to employers, HR teams, or law firms.
