Founding GTM Engineer

The Role

If you want to learn how an AI company is built from zero, this role puts you in the middle of it.

You will find customers, run GTM experiments, move deals forward, and turn customer insight into better product and positioning.

There is no fixed playbook. You will work directly with the founders, use AI and automation aggressively, and take on more ownership as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Find high-potential customers and move opportunities from first interaction to close.
• Own pipeline end-to-end and keep every high-value opportunity moving.
• Turn customer conversations into sharper product, positioning, and GTM decisions.
• Build AI agents, automations, and workflows that make GTM faster and more scalable.
• Run rapid experiments across outbound, content, channels, pricing, and new markets.
• Turn what works manually into systems that should never need to be manual again.

What we look for

• Extremely high agency. You create structure, move fast, and do not wait for instructions.
• Deeply AI-native. Agents, automations, and new AI tools are part of how you work every day.
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to sell complex technical products.
• Sharp product thinking with enough technical depth to understand AI systems and workflows.
• Experience running discovery calls, handling objections, and moving deals through to close.

As a founding member, you’ll help define the technical foundation of NeoSigma. Your scope will grow with the company, from owning core systems end-to-end to shaping architecture, hiring, and engineering culture. This role has a natural path toward technical leadership or engineering management as the team scales.
