We are actively searching for an experienced and energetic Guestroom Attendant for the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco!
The Role - Overview
The Guestroom Attendant is an essential member of the Rooms Division and is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This is a union non-management position.
Essential Functions
This list is not all –inclusive and should only be used as an overview of all actual responsibility.
Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean linen
Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom)
Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas
Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pen
Qualifications & Experience
Reading, written and oral proficiency in the English language is required
Viable candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year of housekeeping experience, luxury hotel preferred
Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
High school educations or equivalent experience is preferred
