- Hourly: Starting rate is $25.65 per hour or $53,352 annually. The full range is $25.65 - $32.06 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
- Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000.
- Total Annual Compensation Potential:
  - $65,352 ($53,352 base + $12,000 bonus)
  - $84,684 ($66,684 base + $18,000 bonus)

20% Housing Discount Potential for Area Leasing Consultant I position

Quarterly rewards for sales excellence
- Gold Elite (Top 50%) – $1,000/qtr.

40% Housing Discount Potential for Maintenance Tech II position

Schedule: Monday - Friday schedule and available to work weekends when needed. Available to be on call once every 4 weeks when fully staffed. Shares on call with Windsor Mission Bay.

Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.

Hourly: Starting at $36.92- $46.16 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $72,793 - $96,012.

Bonus: Average bonus potential of 10% annual bonus.

Total Annual Starting Compensation Potential:

$84,472 ($72,793 base + 10% bonus)
$105,613 ($96,012 base + 10% bonus)

40% Housing Discount Potential for Maintenance Tech II position

Schedule: Monday - Friday schedule and available to work weekends when needed. Available to be on call once every 4 weeks when fully staffed.

Hourly: Starting at $34.87- $43.59 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $72,529 - $90,667.
