Compensation: Approximately $150,000/year (based on schedule and experience)
Children: Three children under age 5 — a bright preschool-aged girl and toddler twin boys
Role Overview
This is a long-term opportunity for an exceptional Mandarin–English–speaking Governess/Nanny to join a highly intentional household in San Francisco.
The family approaches parenting and education through stewardship and learning by example. Children are encouraged to participate in daily life, engage in real tasks, and develop independence through observation, problem-solving, and meaningful interaction. Learning is integrated into lived experience rather than confined to formal instruction. The family is seeking a caregiver who naturally models responsibility, curiosity, and calm leadership, and who understands that children learn as much from behavior as from guidance.
The role supports a language-rich, experience-driven home environment and is well suited for a professional who values consistency, discretion, and long-term alignment.
