Role Overview
The Marketing Strategy and Operations Management Consultant serves as a senior operational partner on high visibility initiatives for our enterprise tech clients. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating leadership priorities into structured operating plans while owning complex, multi workstream initiatives from planning through delivery. You will design and evolve scalable operating models, build the dashboards and frameworks that support smart decision making, and champion the responsible adoption of AI across strategy and operations. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and wants to help enterprise tech clients scale their marketing operations with rigor and innovation.
Strategy to ExecutionÂ
- Translate leadership priorities into integrated operating plans, timelines, and success metricsÂ
- Own complex, multi-workstream initiatives from planning through execution, navigating through ambiguous scenariosÂ
- Develop scopes, timelines, resourcing models, and delivery plans for new and expanded workÂ
- Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and delivery across marketing initiativesÂ
Operating Models & PerformanceÂ
- Design, implement, and evolve scalable operating models, workflows, and reporting frameworks
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, templates, and documentation to support decision-makingÂ
- Own performance tracking across initiatives, including OKRs, KPIs, and marketing success metricsÂ
- Identify systemic gaps or inefficiencies and drive process improvementsÂ
AI & InnovationÂ
- Lead the adoption and responsible use of AI across strategy, operations, and decision-makingÂ
- Identify high-impact AI use cases and embed AI-enabled insights into core workflowsÂ
- Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, or performance through AI-enabled solutionsÂ
Team Collaboration & LeadershipÂ
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, analytics, and delivery teamsÂ
- Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to Associate Managers and project contributorsÂ
- Set clear expectations and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across workstreamsÂ
Client Support & Growth EnablementÂ
- Serve as a senior operational partner on complex or high-visibility client initiativesÂ
- Ensure operational clarity, strong delivery, and stakeholder alignment for client workÂ
- Support business development by shaping operational approaches for pitches and proposalsÂ
- Partner with leadership to ensure operational readiness for client growth and new engagementsÂ

Qualifications
- Marketing operations, program management, or strategy roles in a consulting, agency, or technology environment.
- Must be fluent in AI, with proven success embedding AI-enabled insights into workflows and driving measurable improvementsÂ
- Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives with cross-functional stakeholdersÂ
- Experience supporting client delivery and business development through scoping, planning, or proposal developmentÂ
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and structureÂ
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage overlapping prioritiesÂ
- Analytical and systems-minded, with a proactive approach to process improvementÂ
- Fluent in building tables, slide decks, dashboards, and operational toolsÂ
- Comfortable operating autonomously while partnering closely with senior leadersÂ
- Bachelor’s or master’s degreeÂ

Compensation Â
Base Salary: $140,000-$147,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by applicable law.Â

WorkplaceÂ
Sia values in-person collaboration. When serving clients, consultants may be required to work onsite at a client location based on engagement needs. Between client engagements, consultants are expected to work from a Sia office or approved coworking location at least three days per week. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a Sia office or approved coworking location. Sia maintains offices and coworking arrangements across multiple U.S. markets, including New York City, Charlotte, Greater Seattle, San Francisco Greater Bay Area, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Washington D.C.Â
