About the Role

We're a privately held MarTech consultancy specializing in CRM solutions, marketing automation, and digital transformation for regulated industries. Our remote development team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced OFS Developer to bring technical depth, leadership, and a collaborative mindset to the group. This is a fully remote, US-based contract engagement.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and modify code in accordance with established engineering standards and best practices.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects with a proactive debugging approach.
Serve as a technical lead — recommending solutions and guiding implementation approaches for the team.
Leverage software testing tools to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery.
Lead and actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
Mentor junior developers, fostering team growth and capability development.
Communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We're Looking For

Required:

Strong, hands-on experience in OFS Development.
Proven track record building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, analytical mindset.
Experience leading development teams and conducting meaningful code reviews.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and build team capabilities.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including architects, analysts, and project managers.
Strong self-management skills and experience thriving in remote, distributed team environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based anywhere in the United States. Occasional collaboration across time zones may be required.
