A great healthcare facility located just outside San Francisco, California, seeks a Physical Therapist to join their Home Health team.
Offering $75.00 - $90.00/hour + up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Setting: Home Health

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Guide patients through exercises to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.
- Assess the patients' living space to identify fall hazards and provide specific, actionable recommendations to improve safety and accessibility.
- Teach patients and their families how to execute daily exercises safely and manage chronic conditions.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Must have an active BLS certification or be able to obtain one upon hire
- Must have a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Must have an Active California License to practice Physical Therapy
- Must have at least a year of experience as a Physical Therapist
