The role

We are hiring a Product Designer to help bring Worktrace AI’s product vision to life. As an early member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our platform, from core product workflows to external brand touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who is excited about designing products for enterprise users, enjoys working across product, web and brand, and wants to define how businesses adopt AI. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, research, and leadership to design AI-first, complex experiences.

What you’ll do

• Design end-to-end user flows and interfaces of the Worktrace product

• Design enterprise dashboards and interfaces for building and running automations

• Design and maintain worktrace.ai to be clear, compelling, and actionable

• Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across all external touchpoints

You’ll excel in this role if you

• Have 5+ years of product design experience

• A track record of designing enterprise tools, dashboards, or automation platforms

• Thrive in fast-paced environments and rapid iteration

• Are excited about AI and its potential to transform how people work

The Team
