As a Product Developer for Knit Tops, you'll own the end-to-end development of key styles, translating concepts into high-quality, production-ready product that meets speed, cost, and quality goals. Sitting at the center of matrixed product teams, you'll drive execution across complex fabrics and constructions while keeping pace with a fast-moving market. You will directly shape the future of our men's assortment!

About the Job

  • Manage product development from prototype through final production, ensuring alignment to cost, quality, and delivery targets

  • Execute development activities within the Go-To-Market calendar and track progress against key milestones

  • Coordinate proto, sample, and pre-production stages; monitor timelines and follow up on delays

  • Support sourcing strategy execution in partnership with global sourcing teams

  • Lead seasonal costing processes, consolidating vendor pricing and aligning to FOB targets

  • Partner with Supply Planning to align development timelines with production start dates

  • Review and approve pre-production standards including shade bands and final approvals

  • Identify and support resolution of product quality issues during development

  • You will report to the Director, Men's Product Development

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in apparel, textiles, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in apparel product development or production

  • Experience working with knit fabrics and garment construction

  • Familiarity with production workflows from concept through manufacturing

  • Experience working with PLM systems and Excel

  • Ability to manage timelines across multiple projects

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, and sourcing

  • Ability to adapt to changes in timelines or priorities

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,300 - $135,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
