We are seeking a hands-on Refurbishment Associate to support the refurbishment of our consumer devices. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, can inspect and clean devices while following outlined procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a willingness to work with complex products, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, and refurbish equipment and materials to ensure they meet company standards.
- Follow detailed instructions to disassemble, clean, and reassemble items.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong eye for detail and willingness for hands-on work and problem-solving.
- Team player who communicates effectively and contributes to a positive work environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical capability to lift 30+ lbs and move heavy objects as required.
