Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer / Technical Lead

We are hiring for a client building a next-generation consumer finance platform focused on emerging markets, in partnership with some of the world’s largest distribution networks. The product brings together virtual banking and cryptocurrency wallet capabilities into a unified platform, enabling users globally to move, store, and manage money seamlessly within a secure and accessible financial ecosystem.

This initiative comes at a pivotal moment, as stablecoins are reshaping cross-border payments and creating a significant opportunity to modernize financial infrastructure. With nearly 3 billion people still underserved by traditional banking systems, the platform aims to deliver faster, more inclusive, and more reliable financial rails at global scale.

The Role

A Technical Lead on our team is a hands-on leadership role for candidates with breadth across multiple layers of our stack and the judgment to drive technical outcomes.

As an early engineering leader, you will define our architecture, set engineering standards, and lead the delivery of a performant, reliable, and secure product from the ground up. The problem space includes financial services with real-money movement at international scale and non-trivial compliance, integrity, and latency constraints.

You will collaborate across product, design, and operations, and help grow and mentor the team. You will work directly with the founders. This role may expand to broader engineering leadership across platforms as we scale.

7–10 years building and shipping consumer-facing mobile and/or web applications with meaningful full-stack exposure (e.g., React/TypeScript, Python, Go/Rust, Postgres, AWS, modern CI/CD).

Demonstrated experience managing technical teams, making architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers.

Earn USD $6,000 for every successful candidate placement.

Payment Schedule

Candidate completes 30 days of employment – USD $2,000 paid on the 35th day.

Candidate completes 60 days of employment – USD $2,000 paid on the 65th day.

Candidate completes 90 days of employment – USD $2,000 paid on the 95th day.

Total Potential Earnings: USD $6,000.

Payment Terms

Payments will be released only after Sadient receives the corresponding milestone payment from the client. The candidate must remain actively employed through each milestone (30, 60, and 90 days). If the candidate leaves before completing any milestone, payment for that milestone and all subsequent milestones will not be payable. No fee is payable if the candidate does not join the client.

Sourcing Partner Responsibilities

Submit only qualified, interested, and available candidates. Obtain a valid Right to Represent (RTR) before submission. Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, and interest.
