About the Role

We're looking for a Systems Architect to help our customers design and deploy modern engineering workflows at scale.

As a Systems Architect, you'll serve as the technical leader for some of our most strategic customers. You'll partner with engineering teams to understand their development processes, design scalable solutions, and help them integrate AllSpice into their broader engineering ecosystem.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of electrical engineering, software systems, workflow architecture, and product strategy.

You'll work closely with customer engineering leaders, IT teams, and individual contributors while partnering internally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical engagements with enterprise customers throughout onboarding, deployment, and expansion

  • Design scalable engineering workflows using AllSpice, PLM systems, CI/CD infrastructure, AI tools, and customer-specific processes

  • Architect integrations between AllSpice and customer systems including PLM, requirements management, identity providers, and internal engineering platforms

  • Advise customers on hardware development best practices, design review processes, automation opportunities, and AI adoption

  • Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer challenges

  • Manage and mentor Forward-Deployed Engineers supporting customer implementations

  • Translate customer requirements into actionable product feedback and technical roadmaps

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence platform capabilities and future direction

  • Build repeatable implementation patterns, reference architectures, and deployment playbooks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline

  • Experience working in hardware development environments, including PCB, electronics, or embedded systems development

  • Strong understanding of engineering systems, software, and workflows

  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, engineering managers, and individual contributors

  • Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new processes from the ground up

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading complex technical deployments in enterprise environments

  • Experience using or administering ECAD tools such as Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, Xpedition, or similar platforms

  • Experience with PLM, requirements management, and engineering data systems

  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and software development workflows

  • Experience with APIs, automation frameworks, and enterprise integrations

  • Experience in customer-facing architecture, consulting, or implementation roles

  • Experience translating customer requirements into product requirements, technical specifications, or roadmap recommendations

Why This Role Matters

Our customers are transforming how hardware gets built. The Systems Architect plays a critical role in making those transformations successful.

You'll help define how some of the world's most innovative engineering organizations adopt AI, automation, and modern development practices while shaping the future of AllSpice itself.

Why AllSpice

  • Be part of a team transforming the hardware industry with an AI-first approach

  • Get first-hand exposure to full-cycle enterprise deals and work closely with senior Account Executives on strategic accounts

  • Your contributions will have a direct and visible impact on company growth

  • A culture built on curiosity, creativity, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Generous PTO

  • Flexible work arrangements (hybrid or remote)

  • Home + in-office stipends

  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a fast-growing company alongside a smart, supportive team
