About the Role
This is the first dedicated enablement hire on the Delivery team — the commercial engine of a fast-scaling agentic hiring platform in the HR tech / recruiting space. You'll own how Specialist Partner Leads (SPLs) are onboarded, ramped, and continuously developed, directly shaping the team's ability to drive hires and grow revenue.
What You'll Do
Design and run end-to-end onboarding for new SPLs, building a clear path from day one to first hire and a full book of business.
Build ongoing development programs for tenured SPLs, including live sessions, coaching, playbooks, certifications, and motion refreshers.
Partner with Vertical Leads to create vertical-specific training — from AI/ML engineering to go-to-market recruiting — so SPLs build real domain fluency.
Define what "great" looks like for each core motion (intake calls, requirements, submissions, hiring manager management) and drive consistency across the team.
Turn tribal knowledge into structured, reusable content and maintain an accessible, up-to-date curriculum library.
Coach SPLs on stakeholder influence and hiring manager partnership, not just process execution.
Instrument ramp and training programs to measure impact on ramp time, quality, and fill rate, then iterate on the data.
What We're Looking For
4–7 years of relevant experience, with 3+ years building and delivering enablement or L&D programs end-to-end.
Proven ownership of at least one complete enablement or L&D program from conception through execution.
Background in recruiting, hiring, or HR tech — or a demonstrated ability to get fluent in the recruiting craft quickly.
Experience enabling a marketplace, sales, or recruiting delivery organisation with 15+ individual contributors.
Comfort designing ramp programs for sales enablement or similar quota-carrying roles.
Track record of defining and tracking enablement metrics (ramp time, quality scores, adoption rates, fill rate).
Proficiency with LMS/content platforms, call review tools, analytics tools, and AI-powered learning systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; experienced working cross-functionally with delivery leadership and subject-matter experts.
Experience at a Series A–C stage startup is a plus.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
