Job Description
|
What you will be doing:Â Sr. Interventional Technologist
- Demonstrate competency actively and participate in the lead/coordinator role.
- Active participation in an annual performance improvement project or active participation in IR Quality Assurance/Radiation Safety meetings.
- Demonstrate competency and the ability to instruct one or more of the advanced procedures.
Experience you will need:Â Sr. Interventional Technologist
- Minimum 3 years of Interventional Radiology experience.
- Graduate of a formal radiology technology-training program in an AMA approved school.
- Must be willing to learn and train in Neuro-IR and Body-IR.
- Must be willing to circulate and fill scrubbing roles during procedures as necessary.
- ARRT, CRT Licensure
- VIR Certification (VASCULAR INTERVENTIONAL RADIOGRAPHY) or obtained within 1 year of hire.
- Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings (preferred).
- Must be willing to work 8-hour shifts M-F, variable shift including weekends, and taking call (Call pay is 50%).
