The Adobe Security organization isĀ seekingĀ aĀ highly technical Senior Security Technical Program Manager to lead complex, engineering‑heavy programs that strengthen our Product and Software Security posture.Ā Our ideal candidate has superb communication and relationship-building skills and a solidĀ track recordĀ of driving business outcomes through the management of large programs. Ā This role requires strong technical proficiency acrossĀ application security, cloud security, secure development practices, vulnerability management, threat modeling, security automation, and security tooling.Ā

WhatĀ you'llĀ DoĀ 

- Partner directly with securityĀ program participants,Ā lead andĀ monitorĀ the health and execution of severalĀ complex programsĀ with insights into status, risks, dependencies,Ā roadblocks,Ā and budget.Ā Ā 

- Manage programs to strengthen Adobe’s vulnerability management ecosystem acrossĀ applications, infrastructure, and cloud assets.Ā 

- Bring together cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes for high-priority programs through clear planning, execution, partnership, and communication.Ā Ā Ā 

- Make things easier for all collaborators of your program by driving simplicity, clarity, and efficiency in all aspects of your work.Ā Ā 

- Reduce program risk by proactivelyĀ identifying, communicating, and removing roadblocks.Ā Ā Ā 

- Build trust through visibility. ProvideĀ accurateĀ andĀ timelyĀ data-driven status reports for a broad audience and lead executive governance meetings.Ā Ā Ā 

- Effectively handle program financials, including financial forecasts.Ā Ā Ā 

What you need to succeedĀ 

  • Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with both engineers and executives in meetings,Ā presentations,Ā and throughĀ writing. Ā Ā 

  • Excel at building strong and trusted partner relationships.Ā Ā Ā 

  • 7+ years as a program manager in the security domainĀ with wideĀ expertiseĀ in application and infrastructureĀ security. ExperiencedĀ inĀ managingĀ vulnerability management programs, familiar withĀ ticketing workflowsĀ and data pipelines.Ā Ā 

  • Knowledgeable aboutĀ threat modeling, code scanning, secure coding, security reviews,Ā andĀ secretsĀ management.Ā 

  • Practical experience applying AI/ML to security program challenges—such as automating vulnerability triage,Ā predicting remediation priority, orĀ solving similar security problems.Ā 

  • Demonstrated success in program management from concept,Ā planning toĀ execution, reporting, and delivery.Ā 

  • Strong problem-solving skills to thoroughly understand and interpret the customers’ business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.Ā Ā 

  • Basic financial competence to support program budget forecasting, tracking and variance analysis.Ā Ā 

  • Proven Agile practice experience in software projects and savvy with Jira (including query and dashboarding), O365 Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, and Visio.Ā 

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC2, and PCIĀ DSS.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $124,300 -- $234,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $162,000 - $234,600

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.Ā  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
