Superintendents are responsible for the overall success of the project and expected to be a leader in the field. Chief tasks include but are not limited to:

• Supervise foremen and field craft
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Subcontractor
• Subcontractor management
• Jobsite walks
• Look ahead schedules
• Daily game plans
• Equipment & crew scheduling and tracking
• Extra work tags
• Create work plans to implement best means and methods

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience
• bilingual Spanish/ English preferred
