Our client is seeking reliable, safety-focused Vehicle Drivers to support an innovative autonomous vehicle and mobility technology program in San Francisco.

In this role, you'll operate company-provided vehicles on designated routes throughout the local area, helping collect real-world driving data used to improve next-generation transportation technology.

No autonomous vehicle experience is required. We're looking for dependable drivers with strong driving habits, excellent situational awareness, and a commitment to safety. Experience with Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon, delivery services, shuttle services, courier services, or other professional driving roles is a plus.

Available Shifts

We are hiring 5 Vehicle Drivers for a Friday–Monday schedule:

• AM Shift – 2 openings: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• PM Shift – 3 openings: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

This is a full-time, 32-hour-per-week position. Candidates must be available to work all four scheduled days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Training will take place during your regular shift for the first three days.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate company-owned vehicles on assigned routes throughout the local area.
• Follow traffic laws, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Drive for extended periods while maintaining focus and awareness of road conditions.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Use company-provided mobile devices and applications to support data collection activities.
• Accurately document route information, observations, and any issues encountered during driving sessions.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness between shifts.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and support teams.
• Represent our client professionally while operating vehicles in public environments.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record with a strong history of safe driving.
• Ability to remain attentive and focused while driving for extended periods.
• Comfortable driving in city, suburban, and highway environments.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Basic smartphone and computer skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes.
• Professional driving, rideshare, delivery, courier, or shuttle experience is preferred but not required.
