About the Role:

Join COMMUNICATIONS INSTALL SOLUTIONS INC as an Office Assistant-HR in Burlingame, CA! This exciting position offers a unique opportunity to support our HR team while contributing to a dynamic and growing company that values innovation and teamwork.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and conducting new employee orientations.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
