We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals

- Manage and maintain user accounts and access rights

- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security

- Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades

- Document and maintain IT procedures and processes

- Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and systems

- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement improvements to systems and processes

- Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to make recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and other common business applications

- Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
