Senior Product Manager - Uncrewed Systems

Job Description

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for uncrewed systems across a full software-hardware stack.
• Drive integration of communications and data-routing technologies into air, ground, and maritime platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing) to deliver rugged, field-ready systems.
• Manage government-funded R&D programs — including milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
• Partner with go-to-market and business development teams to support program proposals and customer adoption.
• Build strong technical relationships with customers, vendors, and integration partners within the defense and aerospace ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional product development — ideally in a startup or early-stage environment.
• Hands-on experience with uncrewed systems (UAS, autonomous, or robotics) — especially integrating hardware and software components.
• Familiarity with SDKs, APIs, and embedded system integration strategies.
• Strong technical fluency — comfortable collaborating with both engineers and operators.
• Experience supporting or managing government-funded programs (SBIR, CRADA, APFIT, etc.) is a major plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Person (citizen or green card holder) required for project clearance eligibility.
