WeCare Outsourcing is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our remote team. The successful candidate will analyze business data, prepare reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data.
Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Monitor KPIs and identify trends or performance gaps.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports.
Maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets.
Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
Present findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Previous experience in data analysis is preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
