Job Summary

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:

Access Control: Ensure safety protocols for guests and customers.

Policy Enforcement: Uphold client and company policies and procedures.

Safety Monitoring: Observe and report fire and safety hazards.

Patrols: Conduct routine foot patrols around buildings and grounds.

Incident Reporting: Communicate pertinent issues to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers.

Public Interaction: Engage with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public.

Report Writing: Document incidents and observations accurately.

Additional Duties: Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have one year Security Supervisor experience
- Must be Tech Savvy and able to utilize mobile phone and or tablet
- 5 hour Use of Force Training Certificate required (if your guard card was issued after March 31st, 2024)
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Must have valid Security Guard License
- Must be 25 years old, have valid drivers license and clean driving record
