What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for clients, welcoming them in-person, over the phone, and via email, with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments, surgeries, dental procedures, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth workflow for veterinarians and staff
- Educate clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and hospital services while maintaining accurate client and patient records
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and in-hospital care updates, ensuring seamless communication between clients and clinical staff
- Support billing, invoicing, and payment processing while answering client questions about services and fees
- Collaborate with veterinarians, RVTs, and assistants to ensure a positive, efficient, and organized clinic environment
