Front Desk Medical Receptionist (Bilingual – Spanish Required) | Part-Time |San Jacinto, CA

All Star Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Medical Receptionist to support our San Jacinto clinic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment!

 

Pay: $17–$20/hour
Schedule: Part-Time (16–20 hours/week)
Hours: Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirement: Bilingual Spanish speaker (required)


Responsibilities

You’ll Achieve Success By: 

 

  • Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care.

  • Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation.

  • Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required  
  • Basic office and customer service skills  
  • Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker (required)
