Responsibilities:
- Assure compliance with requirements defined by internal procedures, customer specifications, and the quality systemÂ
- Support programs by using your technical background to review data packages for compliance with requirements and support customer visits to facilitate selling-off products
- Audit processes/areas using your knowledge of ESD, FOD, 5s, and quality system requirements
- Review and Create First Article Inspection (FAI) reports in compliance with AS9102
- Apply knowledge of basic quality systems and requirements, corrective actions, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and root cause/failure analysis reporting to solve problems and improve processes
- Evaluate/Investigate and respond to customer concerns in a thorough and timely manner. Use knowledge of requirements to disposition non-conforming material and assess effectiveness of resulting action items
