Position Summary
Therma, a Legence company is seeking a Quality Control Examiner, Materials to support the Quality Control and project teams with material receiving inspections, documentation review, coordination, and communication. Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control inspections of received materials and record results. 
  • Communicate results effectively with Project Managers, foremen, and QC staff.
  • Support document assembly and coordination for submittals.
  • Prepare for and participate in project meetings.
  • Support material delivery and receiving activities.
  • Track materials-related QC issues and update the Project and QC Manager.
  • Obtain vendor quotes, purchase orders, and packing slips from project manager.
  • Provide general administrative support to the quality management team.
  • Safely lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20–25 lbs. frequently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial or commercial construction or service environments is preferred.
  • Hands-on mechanical experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation: $45-$50, depending on experience
