An Award-Winning Construction and Engineering firm that supports both federal and local construction projects. We have established relationships with consultants, engineers, architects, subcontractors and vendor who specialize in federal and military projects. This allows us to successfully execute projects for USACE, NASA, NAVFAC. GSA, and the US Postal Service in a construction management and/or design-build capacity.

Job Details

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, preferred
• 5+ years experience managing federal construction projects
• Project management software experience: Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc...

Day-to-day:

• Plan and execute federal, military, and commercial construction projects
• Assist with pre-construction activities - estimates, proposals, bid packages
• Collaborate with superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors
• Attend OAC meetings and establish/maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Document control - RFIs, RFPs, change orders, submittals, etc...
