We are seeking an Account Manager to build meaningful, long-term relationships with new and existing customers, serving as their trusted point of contact and advocate. This role balances day-to-day customer care with strategic thinking, coordinating across Inside Sales, Engineering, and Service teams to make sure every customer's needs are met and their voice is heard. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers, acting as their advocate within the company Conduct regular check-ins by phone, email, and site visits to assess satisfaction and identify new opportunities Field new customer inquiries and route them to Inside Sales or Engineering depending on project complexity Partner with Inside Sales on quoting and with Engineering on custom system proposals Stay aligned with local Branch Managers and Service teams on customer expectations and site activity Take ownership of billing issues and coordinate resolution across departments Support the development and rollout of a CRM system alongside the Marketing team Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, opportunities, and outstanding issues Spend approximately 25% of your time supporting new business development with Marketing Educate customers on Puretec's products, services, and best practices Qualifications High School Diploma required, some college preferred Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Experience coordinating across departments such as Sales, Engineering, Operations, or Service Track record of identifying and supporting new sales opportunities within existing accounts Experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot Strong problem-solving skills, particularly around billing or service issues Technical aptitude or experience with engineered products is a plus Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations Valid State Driver's License Benefits Medical, dental, and vision  401(k) plan Paid time off Paid Wellness Day, plus $100 Paid Family Day, plus $100 Paid Birthday Day off.  Schedule Account Managers typically split time between the office and the field, spending about two/three days per week in the office and two/three days with customers, depending on business needs.
