Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, relevant corporate aviation work or equivalent practical experience.

  • Ability to maintain valid U.S. driver’s license, pass pre-employment and unscheduled drug testing during employment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in corporate aviation maintenance.
  • Experience as a master technician working with Gulfstream G550/G650.
  • Experience in aviation related project management, high level, or in programs such as trip planning, tool control, safety management systems (SMS), quality assurance (QA), or Security.
  • Knowledge of cabin entertainment systems and equipment.
  • FAA Aircraft Inspection Authorization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000-$190,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct or supervise scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events, including post and pre-flight inspections, per the aircraft manufacturer technical data and company guidelines
  • Be responsible for airworthiness of assigned aircraft, to include tracking of maintenance and inspection due items, airworthiness directives and service bulletin compliance.
  • Stay current with Federal Aviation Regulations and industry best practices 
  • Communicate effectively with all team members, passengers and vendors to protect, enable and sustain the company’s ability to conduct business
  • Keep up with industry trends and evaluate possible improvements to aircraft and maintenance operations.
