You will report directly to our Sr ISC Operations Manager, and you’ll work out of our San Jose, CA location on an On-site work schedule.

As an Assembler - Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting complex mechanical and electronic components to ensure they meet quality standards. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to produce high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be critical in maintaining the high standards of our production processes.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production line, ensuring that our products are assembled correctly and meet all specifications. Your work will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations and help us deliver top-notch products to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work in a production environment to provide mechanical assembly support on complex microwave subsystems, meeting daily output goals established by your lead.
  • Work in a production environment to build circuit card assemblies. This includes manually soldering both surface mount and through-hole components and the application of conformal coating after soldering.
  • Carefully follow production documentation and processes, including keeping detailed records of rework performed.
  • Actively participate in daily production meetings.
