Job Duties

• Perform property inspections in accordance with InterNACHI standards of practice
• Document findings and recommendations in a report, including photos
• Provide excellent customer service, including on-site report reviews and follow-ups

Qualifications

• A clean driving record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to crawl on knees and stomach
• Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Punctuality
• Willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing industry and growing company
• Strong computer skills

Experience/Training

• Inspection experience (preferred)
• Customer service/relations experience (preferred)
• Building experience (beneficial)

Job Type

• Full-time
• Optional Saturdays

Pay: Hourly plus commission
