We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Jose, CA! As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide top-notch support to our valued customers. We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about helping people and solving problems.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and assist them via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing accurate information and solutions to customers' problems
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records
  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Staying up to date with product knowledge and company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
