  • Participate and report updates on RMA meetings with internal teams and repair contractor manufacturers.
  • Assist FS engineering teams on customer requests, escalations, and on-site services.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications
  • Junior / Senior year BS student or MS student in EE, ECE, EECS, or related engineering major.
  • Intern or project experiences on PCA or system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Hands-on experiences on assemblies, tools, DMM, cabling, lab equipment.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with logical thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management skills preferred.
