What are the roles in a food truck?

There are many different jobs in food truck catering. Some food truck catering jobs include that of a driver, cook, window attendant, food preparer, manager, and cashier. Most people who work on food trucks do multiple jobs at once, as food trucks are small and can only house a certain number of employees at a time.

A Cook plans, prepares, and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers. They help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently. They ensure proper food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures.
