Job Description

The HR Project Manager plays a critical role within the HR Business Partner (HRBP) Group, leading and coordinating key HR initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and workforce capability. This role partners closely with HR leadership team, HRBPs, HR Ops and COEs to drive project execution, ensure alignment with HRBP strategy, and deliver measurable outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end project management for HRBP-driven initiatives (e.g., talent programs, workforce planning, process optimization, policy updates).
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

2. HRBP Partnership & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Partner closely with HRBPs to translate business needs into structured project deliverables.
  • Facilitate alignment across HR COEs
  • Support HRBPs with data insights, research, and change management materials.

3. Process Improvement & Standardization

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HRBP workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement templates, toolkits, and standardized processes.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the HRBP Group.

4. Change Management & Communication

  • Develop and execute change management plans to support HR initiatives.
  • Create communication materials such as announcements, training guides, and FAQs.
  • Facilitate workshops or training sessions as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR project management, HR business partnering, or HR programs/operations.
  • Strong understanding of core HR domains (organization development, workforce planning, employee engagement etc.).
  • Proven experience managing large-scale HR projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
