Compensation
$60,000 -Â $75,000 DOE
Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service to incoming callers
- Sorts ready mix tickets
- Audits ticket times and reports any discrepancies to upper management
- Works collaboratively with other departments to ensure accuracy and aids in resolving any ticket issues
- Provides administrative support to the sales team as neededÂ
- Files, reconciles CODs, contacts customers and provides updates
- Sends credit applications to potential customers and processes various customer requests
- Handles inquiries and complaints
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education
High school diploma/GED
Requirements/Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative support role
- Able to work in a highly collaborative environment
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective professional working relationships with staff and customers
- Strong computer and accurate data entry skillsÂ
- Excellent attendance and punctualityÂ
- Ability to work overtime as neededÂ
- 2 years of transportation/delivery in the construction materials industry preferred
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) registration/clearance as well as ongoing alcohol and drug testing. In accordance with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, for work that will be performed in the San Francisco area, qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for employment.
