ISC Production Supervisor (Swing Shift)

As a Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will supervise a team of RF/Microwave Assemblers focused on the production assembly of our advanced microwave subsystems for applications including missile front ends, radar receivers, wideband tuners and synthesized sources. The work of the team is hybrid assembly which includes substrate attach, automated device epoxy attach and wire bonding processes.   Assemblers also program automated equipment, perform machine checks, collect SPC data and capture root causes of defects found in-process.  They work closely with a team of process engineers on continuous improvement projects.

You will report directly to either SR ISC Production Supervisor or SR ISC Operations Manager, and you’ll work out of our San Jose, CA location on an On-site work schedule (Swing Shift).

In this role, you will impact on the overall efficiency and productivity of our production operations. By ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed, you will contribute to the success and growth of the company.
