The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lab management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

What You will Do:

• Manage and supervise the lab environment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of accuracy and precision.
• Lab Warehouse organising, retrieval and management i.e. Maintaining lab inventory and ensuring right material is available at the right time
• Managing the flow of materials in and out of the lab, for example procurement tracking, invoice handling etc..
• Maintain accurate records and reports of laboratory activities and results.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

 What You Will Bring:

• Familiarity with laboratory techniques and instruments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management
• Able to deal with shipment and other logistics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and precision.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and protocols.

Pay Range: $70000-$90000 per annum

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
