We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our team. You will support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily tasks, maintaining accuracy, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

The Basics

Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.  Shift will move to 12:00pm - 8:30pm in 3-6 months after training.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Execute standardized work for formulation, sterile filling, inspection, and packaging operations to maintain consistent product quality and process efficiency.
  • Aseptically perform manual filling and support operations in compliance with cGMP and lean clean room procedures.
  • Follow and continuously improve SOPs and batch records, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with regulatory and lean documentation standards.
  • Inspect materials and products with a focus on quality at the source—identifying and addressing defects immediately to prevent rework or waste.
  • Maintain accountability for materials, components, and finished goods using visual management and traceability systems.
  • Identify and report improvement opportunities related to equipment performance, workflow, safety, and yield; support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Monitor and communicate deviations or abnormal equipment operations to ensure quick response and minimal process interruption.
  • Support calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance to sustain equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Participate in 5S activities and maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas to uphold aseptic standards.
  • Perform material handling and equipment check-ins using automated systems to support lean inventory control.
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating potential hazards.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, regulated production environments, or sterile manufacturing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to team success
  • 1+ years' experience in a cleanroom or aseptic manufacturing environment a plus
