MuleSoft Project Manager

We are currently looking for a MuleSoft Project Manager, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end MuleSoft integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans for integration initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including MuleSoft developers, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee the delivery of API-led connectivity solutions across System, Process, and Experience layers.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage dependencies across systems, teams, and third-party integrations.
• Ensure adherence to integration standards, governance, and MuleSoft best practices.
• Support post-go-live activities, including stabilization, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in integration or middleware projects.
• Proven experience delivering MuleSoft or API-based integration projects.
• Strong understanding of API-led architecture and integration concepts.
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong risk management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex project environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
• Must have experience working for US clients
