The Office Experience Manager designs and delivers an exceptional onsite experience by managing daily office operations, vendor relationships, health and safety, and space planning. This role supports facility management and maintenance operations, ensuring the site runs smoothly and creates an inclusive, welcoming environment where employees can perform their best work.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily operations across the site, including managing supplies, meeting spaces, security coordination, and general site rhythm.
  • Collaborate with onsite vendors such as catering, cleaning, security, and events to maintain high-quality service and strong partnerships.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, run safety programs, and champion a safe, inclusive workplace.
  • Partner with facilities teams on space design, moves, expansions, and occupancy planning.
  • Act as the connective tissue between various teams, central facilities, and other internal partners.

Work Environment

The role requires working onsite in Silicon Valley, CA, 4-5 days per week, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with opportunities for extension. The position is set in a collaborative office setting that encourages innovation and teamwork.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.00/hr.
