What You'll Do:

Run service calls, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
Identify opportunities to replace equipment (plumbing systems, water heaters, HVAC systems, repipes, etc.).
Sell full system replacements and installations directly to the customer.
Perform the installations personally or coordinate with install teams.
Deliver an unforgettable customer experience at every step.

Requirements:

2+ Year of Service Tech Experience (Plumbing)
Strong technical skills AND strong closing ability
Ability to install or coordinate installations
Valid driver’s license
Passion for earning BIG and delivering a premium customer experience
