Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Valid Driver's License
Possession of or the ability to possess all state-required work cards
A willingness to learn, keep an open mind and be receptive to training
Previous management experience a plus
Servsafe certified a plus
Experience growing KPI's, basic understanding of a P&L and managing costs
Desire to be a hands-on teacher, coach, and mentor to employees.
